Graduates and their special guests (family, friends) are invited to a Graduation Breakfast and Recognition part of Worship Service on June 9th!
Please fill out the following information below so that we can make sure all of your information is correct and have plenty of food/space for you and your special guests invited. The file upload is for a feature photo for displaying graduate information as a part of decoration, so think graduation photos in regalia or a current photo of you.
